Troll Trader Bromley would like to welcome you to the first Hivestorm Kill Team intro event.

Run by Community members John and Levi, This event will see kill teams competing for the titanic gun that is placed on Volkus. This is an intro day for the new edition of kill team that is wrapped in a very informal round robin tournament of three rounds at two hours each.

The tournament will not use BCP and will consist of pre-determined matches over the three rounds with pairing being revealed after each round (primarily to allow everyone to try and play different factions in the new edition). We will not have an active TO who is not playing, but experienced players will be asked to make judgements as needed impartially (yes i know, we all want to play)!

Knowledge of the game system is not essential but is recommended to ensure play happens smoothly. After 2 hours points will be totalled and wins awarded and recorded.

This event will only be advertised to Bromley players to begin with. Hopefully to grow the player bases and confidence with the game. This is a non competitive intro event and will have prizes for sporting and wooden spoon.

Times: 11 – 6 Timetables for the day including rounds and times will be outlined as follows:

  • 11am – arrive and register.
  • 11:15 – 13:15 Round 1
  • 13:15 – 13:30 break
  • 13:30 – 15:30 Round 2
  • 15:30 – 15:45 break
  • 15:45 – 17:45 Round 3
  • 17:45 – 18:00 closing ceremony, clear up and prizes

 

We might need Volkus terrain donations for the day…. Death to the Xeno, the traitor and the heretic. Transmission out….

Players will be required to bring any models they need, as well as any accompanying rules, dice, barricades and tokens for their own Kill Team. There will be no minimum painting requirements for the event. Proxies and conversions are acceptable, so long as the models are clearly identifiable. If in doubt, please contact the organise

Please arrive 15 minutes early to any events to leave time for registration. Tickets are available on the day, but a pre-purchase is recommended for popular events. If an events tickets are sold out it has been fully booked. Refunds can only be issued 7 full days prior to the day of the event. If the store must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be issued.
