Pokémon '30th Anniversary' Pre-Order Guidelines
We are incredibly excited for the upcoming Pokémon 30th Anniversary release! Because demand is incredibly high and stock is limited, we want to ensure these products get into the hands of our awesome local community. To keep things fair and combat scalping, we are running a Manual, Weighted Pre-order for this release.
We will be running multiple pre-orders over the next few months for the release of the 30th anniversary, you can see a breakdown of the release dates for certain products on the pokemon website: here
THE RULES AT A GLANCE
- In-Store Collection Only: We will not be shipping any pre-order items. If you cannot collect in person, please do not enter.
- Pay on Collection: No upfront payment required. You will pay when you pick up your items.
- One Entry Per Person: Duplicate entries under different emails/names will be disqualified entirely.
- ID Required: The name on your pre-order form entry must match the photo ID / Payment Card Name you present when collecting your order.
- You must complete this application form to enter.

PRIORITISING OUR COMMUNITY
We want to make sure the players who support our shop week-in and week-out get taken care of. To do this we are using a weighted ticket system.
Everyone gets a baseline of 1 point but you can earn additional points if you are an active part of our community. By filling out this form you can gain:
- +1 point if you are an active member of our Discord server. (*must have been a member for at least 3 months*)
- +1 point if you have placed a pre-order with us in the last 6 months.
- +1 point if you regularly attend our in-store Pokémon events, League nights, or Pre-releases.
*Note: All bonus points will be manually cross-referenced with our tournament software and store backend before the draw*
TIMELINE & PROCESS
Pre-Order Open: Friday 4th September
Pre-Order Closes: Tuesday 15th September
The Draw: Winners will be drawn manually and notified via email by Wednesday 16th September.
Collection Window: Winners will have from Friday 18th September till Friday 25th September to collect their product. Any uncollected items after this time will be offered to the runners-up.
Note on collection: if you are successful in securing a pre-order but unable to collect during the given window or due to health conditions you will have the option to select a later collection date or trusted person to collect on your behalf.
*Note: We understand the concern towards Scalping and Bots, in the current market this is in many ways unavoidable online, as are similar issues we still see in person. One of the aims of moving pre-orders online is to allow for a more comprehensive filtering of pre-orders while increasing accessibility for participating customers.*
