Pokemon releases - Friday 20th Feb

This past Sunday marked the Pre-orders for this weeks Pokemon releases, we had 80+ people waiting in line before open and sold out of pre-orders in record time, but what does this mean for this weeks Fridays releases? 

We had to reduce pre-orders on Sunday due to allocation changes and this has had a knock on effect as to what we will be receiving on Friday, for everyone who pre-ordered on Sunday this is confirmation that we will have your pre-orders in store and ready for collection. 

For everyone who pre-ordered, your ETBs or Charizard Tins are available to pick up from 12 noon Friday and are held for you till the following Friday, we ask that customers that have pre-ordered to please aim to stagger your collections, we don't want you all waiting out in the cold again. 

For those of you that were unable able to get a pre-order in we have sold out of all Ascended heroes Elite Trainer boxes, we are due to have a limited number, 20, of Ascended Heroes Mini Tins in stock for purchase in store but these are likely to sell out quickly. 

we also have a few of the Charizard Mega ex tins remaining, these are not part of the Ascended Heroes line and contain, as far as we are aware, Mega Evolutions, Phantasmal Flames, and Destined Rivals, these will also available in store on the day. 

We want as many customers who were unable to get a pre-order in to have access to product, if you pre-ordered with us we ask that you don't buy a mini tin to allow other customers to. 

Limits of all of these release products is 1 per person in total, you can buy additional booster packs from other ranges etc but cannot buy multiple of the release items. 

We ask customers not to queue outside of the store in the morning, Pre-orders will be available to collect from 12 noon.
